Local Management Office

Harsch Investment Properties? Management Office is conveniently located just a block away at 3875 Hopyard Road, Suite 249, at the Hacienda West building. There is a full time building engineer at Hacienda Lakes as well, so our staff is always readily available to assist you.

Special Events
Harsch Investment Properties, as the Landlord, likes to make our building a fun and enjoyable place to do business. Around the holidays we often provide treats in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. We also hold blood drives and health fairs as available throughout the year. Annually, Harsch hosts a tenant appreciation picnic for everyone on-site with great food, fun and giveaways.

Showers & Locker Room
Each two story building is equipped with a shower and locker room. Feel free to use the showers in the multi-tenanted buildings after working out or enjoying the business park parcourse. Please make sure you lock up personal belongings in the locker room. Harsch Investment Properties is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be sure to remove the locks when you have removed your items.
